Is this a LIVE event?
Yes, this event will take place over the span of 3 days. The event will be hosted online, and you will join Chance, Alex, and Kristen using a live-stream link.
What if I can't watch the event live or want to watch replays of the event?
Each day will be recorded so if you miss the live events, you will be able to watch the event recordings.
General admission members will have access to all the recordings for 1 week, and VIP members will have lifetime access to the event recordings.
What time does it start and how long is the event?
Each day will begin at 3pm EST, and go for 2 hours.
VIP Members will have an exclusive 1-hour session with the coaches afterwards which will begin at around 3pm EST.
How do I access the event?
The event will be hosted online, and you will join Chance, Alex, and Kristen using a private live-stream link.
What's the difference between a General Admission and a VIP Ticket?
VIP ticket comes with additional perks which includes a private group chat and Q&A sessions with the coaches for each day of the event. It also gives you life-time access to the event recordings.
The coaches will also select some of the VIP members to analyze their leaks, thought processes, and provide customized study plans in a hot seat format.

Can I upgrade to VIP?

Can I request a refund?
We have a strict no-refund policy due to the digital nature of the event and the value of the information provided. If you are unable to attend or miss any of the days, you are not eligible for a refund because you will be able to watch the event recordings.
